Waste of time buying I brought 1 and less than 5 months it broke the main drive shaft while starting. Will never buy another item of there brand again

Check your local Masters Home Improvement store for their range of accessories.

Is the product ready to use?
No, It is necessary to fit the lower handle, handle bar and catcher to the mower. This should take approx 5
minutes. Also, the lawn mower is shipped without oil. Do not start your lawn mower before ensuring it has
been filled with the right amount of correct grade oil. Also, make sure you have added the correct fuel to
the mower.

How do I change the height adjustment?
This lawnmower has one lever to easily adjust the cutting height. There are 7 height settings (17 – 70mm).
1. To decrease the cutting height pull the height adjustment lever out and move it up a notch, towards the
handlebar.
2. To increase the cutting height pull the lever out and move it down a notch, towards the engine

How do I empty the grass catcher?
1. Lift the discharge guard (13) in order to position the catcher.
2. While lifting the discharge guard, align the holes in the lower half of the catcher with the hooks on
the mower deck (located under the discharge chute). Push the catcher onto the hooks in a downwards
direction.
3. Push the catcher down until it locks into place.
4. Release the discharge guard to secure the catcher in place between the 2 ribbed locking notches.

Can I replace the mower blades myself?
Yes, follow the directions in the instruction manual. Periodically check the blades for nicks and dull
cutting edges and have it sharpened if needed

Where can I buy replacement blades?
Contact 1800 909 909 and quote Item # 16”BARBLADE

Can I change the spark plugs myself?
Yes. You can also replace the current spark plug (Torch - F6RTC) with the following alternatives :
NGK - BPR6ES, Champion - RN11YC . Spark plugs can be purchased from REPCO, Lawn mower repair shops,
and most Automotive shops.

What maintenance/cleaning is required for the lawnmower for increased user life?
Follow these simple tips to maintain your lawnmower:
1. Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight to be sure the equipment is in safe working condition. Regular
maintenance is essential for safety and performance.
2. Never store the equipment with fuel in the tank inside a building where vapour may reach a flame or a
spark or a source of extreme heat.
3. Allow the engine to cool before storing in an enclosed space.
4. To reduce the fire hazard, keep the engine, exhaust silencer, battery compartment and fuel storage area
free of grass, leaves, or excessive grease. Do not leave containers with grass cuttings in rooms.
5. Check the stone-guard and grass-catcher frequently for wear and deterioration.
6. If the fuel tank has to be drained, this should be done outdoors and when the engine is cool.
